At Acme, we are committed to protecting the rights of our users and maintaining transparency in how we handle personal data and user concerns. Filing a Grievance

You may submit your grievance via email. To help us address your concern promptly, please include the following details:

  • Your full name and contact information
  • A brief description of the grievance, including relevant dates and screenshots, if applicable
  • The specific content, transaction, or issue involved
  • The relief you seek

Response Timeline

We acknowledge all grievances within 24 hours of receipt and aim to resolve them within 15 days from the date of acknowledgment, in accordance with applicable Indian laws. If we require more time, we will communicate the reason for the delay.

Appeals

If you are dissatisfied with the resolution or response provided, you may escalate the matter to the designated Appellate Authority, if applicable under law, or seek legal remedy through appropriate channels.

International Grievances

For users outside India, including those in the United States and the European Union, grievances related to data and privacy will be addressed in accordance with applicable international laws such as the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), where relevant. You may contact our Grievance Officer to exercise your rights under these laws.
